Building Construction
Our core business: multi-storey commercial and residential buildings, delivered from foundation to finish. Recent works include G+17 mixed-use towers, and our portfolio spans offices, residential communities and mixed-use developments across Dubai and the wider UAE.
Retail & Hospitality
Malls, showrooms and hotels demand a different discipline: phased handovers, tenant coordination and finishes that carry a brand. Buset has delivered landmark retail and hospitality projects including a full commercial mall development and major hotel works.
Renovation & Restoration
We extend the life and value of existing assets structural refurbishment, full interior renovation, tiling, painting, woodwork and stonework with the planning and consultancy support to guide clients from survey to reoccupation.
General Transport & Logistics
True to our name, Buset operates general transport capability that supports our own projects and serves clients directly — moving materials, equipment and plant reliably across the Emirates.
Specialised & Industrial Works
Beyond conventional building, Buset has executed specialised contracts including mineral core extraction and shipbuilding industry works a measure of the technical depth of our workforce.
