When we established Buset in 1990, we made a simple commitment: build well, deal honestly, and deliver what we promise. More than three and a half decades later, that commitment is unchanged. The towers, malls and hotels we have handed over across the UAE are more than projects — they are proof of a way of working. As Dubai continues to grow, Buset will keep doing what it has always done: earning trust, one project at a time.

Who We Are
Buset Contracting & Gen. Transport Co. L.L.C was established in Dubai in 1990 and has grown into one of the UAE's trusted building contractors. From our base in Deira, we have delivered projects spanning commercial and residential high-rises, retail malls, hospitality, and specialised industrial works for private developers, established property groups and institutional clients.
Our strength is our people. Buset maintains a permanent workforce of more than 600 managerial professionals, engineers, highly trained technical personnel and skilled tradespeople across every construction discipline supplemented by an extensive project-based workforce that lets us scale to meet the timeline of any contract without compromising quality.
We conduct business honestly, legally and ethically, and we equip our teams with the tools and technologies needed to keep clients fully informed and fully satisfied at every stage of the working partnership.
